Seidou

Seidou was explored by the Scientific Studies Service (SSS) as part of their exploration of UX-23 in YE 31. They named it Seidou sanctuary because of its location, and because they felt it would make an ideal location for people to be sent to for safe keeping.
The SSS established a small settlement from which they have been conducting their surveys of the planet.
