Ruoka Yoibei

Ruoka (House) Yoibei (īōběī) is a fairly sizable and wealthy Ruoka in the Poku Saeruo Degonjo.

Yoibei traces its origins back to the Norka (The Exodus). The Ruoka is proud of its heritage but has constantly chafed at the clan policy regarding colonization. The Ruoka follows the Expansionist Paradigm. The Yoibei had a hand in the initial discovery of the illegal settlement of Qaktoro on the Pilano (Betrayal). .

• Raiarl Gosto - Degonjo Ta'a (Hidden Speaker) - This Qaktoro has black fur with tawny spots, sandy skin with narrow green eyes with yellow flakes, and is 161cm tall.

This is a restricted Ruoka. Players must contact Nashoba before creating a member of it. This Ruoka is going to feature in a number of plots as adversaries.
