The Angel Returners were a group of full conversion cyborgs created by The Forge. During the war between the Nepleslian Reds and Greens soldiers from both sides were used in experiments to further cybernetic research. These soldiers would then return to whichever side they came from and continued to fight. The Angel Returners fought for the Nepleslian Reds against the Greens and their group of cyborgs known as the Metal Ascendancy.
