GS-05

This is the lowest technical grade that a person can hold in the Scientific Studies Service (SSS). Persons in this grade are entry level tansaku crew members and instructors. The pin is a silver rectangular bar with two empty rounded rectangular indents and two gold inserts in the first and third position.
