Nekovalkyrja Law Clarification 2

Proposal #101: Nekovalkryja Law Clarification 2 was made by Hanako as an amendment to Proposal 95, to include the NH-X Nekovalkyrja and grant citizenship to naturally born Nekovalkyrja younglings of citizens of the Yamatai Star Empire. It passed with little opposition in YE 34.

To clarify law regarding the Nekovalkyrja species, as established by Proposal 95 - Clarification to Neko Law.

1. Add “NH-X” to the list of Nekovalkyrja the law applies to. Although there are no known models of this type remaining at this time, it was a Nekovalkyrja model and was left out by mistake.
2. Add 5. Nekovalkyrja naturally born to Nekovalkyrja parents are given automatic citizenship to the Yamatai Star Empire, unless their parents are members of another nation (such as with NMX Nekovalkyrja).
