Correction Of the Drug Act

Proposal #53 Correction of the Drug Act, Proposal #33 was submitted to the Senate of Yamatai by Ketsurui Yui in YE 24 and passed unanimously.

1. To lawfully allow Star Army of Yamatai soldier to drink alcoholic beverages.
2. To change the law in accordance with the will and common practice of the people.

Add the following to the Proposal #33: the Drug Act:

1. This does not include alcohol or minor stimulants and drugs used in a medical capacity (Such as painkillers).
2. Star Army of Yamatai Personnel are not authorized to consume alcoholic beverages if it results in impaired performance of duty. “Impaired performance” is to be decided by a superior, inebriated, officer.
