Designed to serve smaller groups, the LSDF designed Small Galley is intended to prepare and serve food for up to three dozen individuals at a time, yet excels at the preparation of food for a dozen individuals. Smaller Emfratec Cooking Technology and Organic Tissue Culture Technology units are put to use, along with a basic refrigeration system, and a limited organic material processing capability. Largely, a small galley focuses upon the capabilities of two to four cooks, which produce food in largely traditional Lorath methods, providing a much more 'home style' product.
