The Center for Science Enrichment and Information Acquisition was a small enclave of scientists operating outside the jurisdiction of any nation; a city-state in some regards of the term. The Center's primary purpose was a university and research institution. It was based on a 5-kilometer-wide space station. In YE 32, the NMX obliterated the station with extreme force, wiping out its inhabitants. It is unknown if any prisoners were taken.
