About the EM-J5-E4000

The J5-E4000 replaces the EM-J5-M3600 - Emoticon pack in certain models. It is capable of providing the basic functions of that subsystem but is also intended to camouflage the unit when active. The system consists of two 360° cameras mounted on the top and bottom of the unit. When the system is active it engages the camera and produces a series of real-time Volumetric Display images that show what is on the other side of the drone.

It can also be used to allow the unit to project images for the user.

Note: The EM-J5-M3600 - Emoticon pack interface is removed when this module is added to the unit. However, the J5-E4000 can provide the visual aspects of the J5-M3600.

Note: The volumetric camouflage system should not be used in low light environments as it will illuminate the location of the FARS.
