Section 6 High Explosive Grenade

Developed in late YE 40 by Section 6 as a solution to dealing with heavily-armored opposition in the field, the HEG, or High Explosive Grenade, is similar to its predecessor but has a more focused design, as the grenade is packed with highly-volatile explosive compounds comparable to common plastic explosives instead of fragmentation - thus ensuring a large detonation capable of rending medium power armor.

The following is a list of statistics for the S6-HEG.

• Purpose: Tier 3, Heavy Anti-Personnel
• Damage Description: High yield area-of-effect explosive damage.
• Muzzle Blast: None.
• Recoil: Minimal.
• Energy Source: Plastic explosive compounds.
