Distinguishing Features: Slight wandering eye for the ladies.
Personality: Shinosuke is a calm man, who has a slightly wandering eye. He tries to be romantic at times, but he hasn't really worked on that field much. Shinosuke is also kind of shy around women which is why he has problems with romance. His sense of humor is… weird.
Likes: Cat Girls, soft music, playing his flute, and learning more about starfighters. Dislikes: Loud annoying music, blobs of unknown gunk, fighting with people in the Yamatai Star Army. Goals: Fight for Yamatai and become a top starfighter pilot.
Shinosuke's history is very… unremarkable. He lead a normal life, taking some martial arts lessons, later focusing around staff combat. He also enjoined listening to the flute and after getting some money doing odd jobs, took lessons to learn how to play it so he may spread the sweet sound to others. Shinosuke joined the military later in life to learn more about the starfighters and look at the Nekovalkyrja in the Star Army Uniforms. He volunteered to have a new body made as a Yamataian so he could attempt to still be of use in a military mostly comprised of android cat girls. Not that he had any complaints about them.
Communication: Shinosuke is familiar with basic radio operation and procedures and can make transmissions to and receive transmissions from other characters through headsets, starships, power armor, and shuttles in both combat and non-combat conditions. He is fluent in English and Japanese. He can speak and write both correctly and efficiently and can write reports, fill forms, issue orders under fire, etc.
Fighting: Shinosuke received hand-to-hand combat training, followed up with a rigorous training program. He is skilled and experienced in combat both in Yamatai-like conditions and in zero-gravity, with and without weapons. Weapons he is trained in include energy pistols, knives, power armor, grenades, energy rifles, and staves.
Technology Operation: Shinosuke is capable of operating any computer system that uses the Kessaku OS, found on all Star Army starships. He is proficient in entering and/or searching for information.
Mathematics: Shinosuke received basic mathematics training, to including up to algebra and trigonometry.
Vehicles: Shinosuke has been very interested in starfigters since his youth. He took every opportunity to learn about their handling and design. His preferred fighter is the Ryusei II.
Entertainment: Shinosuke learned how to play a flute when he was young and likes the sound, despite whoever says he is girly because of it.
Strategy (Survival and Military): Shinosuke likes to play strategy games in his off time and has even taken to working out real strategies for situations. After some time he took tactics training courses.
