Onyx is a ship-generated crewmember on the YSS Illustrious. Onyx is the liaison between the wing commander and the ship commander.
Onyx has milk chocolate-colored skin, short black hair, and silvery almond eyes framed by long lashes. She's about 5'1“ (~1.55 m). She carries herself with a certain mystery, almost slinking from place to place, and she rarely speaking but always wearing a faint smirk over her smooth, black-painted lips.
Concerns a crewmember or fighter pilot might have are first expressed to their respective commander. Those are then relayed through Onyx. Onyx is also a logistics expert, and accepts armament requests on behalf of the wing commander. She's usually present at wing and squadron briefings.
