Hibiyashi Sekai

Sekai is an NPC for the 21st Squadron - Fighting Diamonds plot.

Facial Features and Eye Color: Sharp angular features, strong cheekbones and bright green eyes.

Hair Color and Style: Raven black hair cut short to hang above her shoulders.

Distinguishing Features: Typically people recognize her first by her hair.

Personality: “Loud.” Is the adjective normally associated with Sekai. When talking, when laughing, or even when walking, she is simply noisy. When speaking, she is very animated – moving her arms, or gesturing with her hands. When working, she carries her natural talent to shout orders – or abuse – to her technicians and the pilot's who handle “Her” fighters.

Likes: Food, social gatherings, working machines, organized 'things' Dislikes: Broken machines, combat, people who yell back at her.

Created during the first Misshuvurthyar war, Sekai entered the Engineering field as her first choice – above a combat position – and stuck with it. She rose through the ranks over time, and proved herself capable of handling the technicians under her command.

Sekai was trained in the use of all standard maintenance tools used in the Star Army of Yamatai. She is capable of repairing vehicles (Primarily Fighters) and changing important parts.

Sekai knows a surprising amount of information on many starships and standard equipment within the Star Army.

By the very nature of a Technician, one has to know how to take stock of remaining equipment and tools – and how to barter with other crews and technicians for such parts. Sekai is a master of this skill, and if a part is out there and one of her projects needs it, she can find it.
