A jolly-looking man with black, short-cropped hair to counter a mid-torso-length, bushy beard of the same color. His twinkling green eyes seem to reveal a mischievous personae underneath this gentle exterior. Rather rotund, his belly is only part of the reason why he weighs 280 lbs in non-Abwehran standard gravity considering his height reaches a good seven inches over six feet ¹⁾. Even due to his obesity, the 38 Abwehran Year old ²⁾ male is still hearty and hale.

The first male to every be appointed to the head of the Ministry of State, Gerhard is a card-carrying member of the Abwehran Constitutional Party. Appointed to the position in the First Quarter of AF 261 after a change in leadership for the Abwehran Parliament, Gerhard has some big shoes to fill after the near-century long run of Iris Schneider. Before his appointment, Gerhard was a Supreme Judge of the Imperial High Court and was responsible for the passing of many Constitutional Amendments during his time in office. After retiring from the High Court, his associates in the Constitutional Party requested his presence in the Imperial Cabinet.
