By all accounts, a handsome man, Asclepius takes care of himself physically which has led to a lean toned body. Large white wings, brown hair, grey eyes and tanned skin with a boyish grin usually splashed across his face, he bears a scar across the top of his nose and a few scars here and there on his body, but nothing too serious.

Asclepius is a playful guy, seemingly never serious and always joking or has some smart remark to make. He tends to insert himself into conversations often and enjoys picking on people playfully and tries to get out of his problems with his boyish grin far too often. He treats everyone as a friend until proven otherwise, and can be a dick when he wants to be.

He tends to be fairly aimless in his pursuits, whatever catches his fancy at that time, and when he is thinking or trying to lie his way out of something he scratches his scar on his nose.

Born in YE 16 at the start of the third Elysian war, Asclepius had a fairly unassuming childhood regardless. His parents, both soldiers, fought in the war both as doctors which drove him to idolize them in a way and set him on the path to becoming a doctor. Throughout childhood and into school, Hephaestus could make friends with little issue and coast through his school years with no problems, though as he turned 18 and joined the Elysian Celestial Armed Forces he found he began to have… Problems.

The military was much more difficult than he had given it credit for and began to struggle through basic. It pushed him to begin to actually try, and as he did he found he succeeded spectacularly. From the bottom of his class to near the top, he was able to find his way into the Medical career path and was allowed to move from a Plebian to Caelisolian body. He served for a number of years with little distinction but did his duty until he began to slip. Even the short time he was with the military for the Second Mishhu war had made the man see things he had wished he hadn't. He began to use drugs and as a result, lost a patient under his care that had been hurt. While they were able to be revived, the damage was done and Asclepius was discharged from the military for his wrongdoing, losing his license to practice at the same time. Since then he became a back alley doctor, helping those he could while trying to get clean at the same time.

His parents, upset and disappointed, still cared for their boy. Recently they pulled a few strings and called in a few favors to get their son a chance at honest, albeit dangerous, work through some senators. In an effort to make sure he was properly equipped, he was offered a Neo-Caelisolan body to try out, to aid him in his tasks and try it out in the difficult situations, and to let him experiment on it himself through the few experiments he actually did.

• Communication: Asclepius is familiar with basic radio operation and procedures and can make transmissions to and receive transmissions from other characters through headsets, starships, power armor, and shuttles in both combat and non-combat conditions. Asclepius is fluent in Seraphim, Nepleslian, and Yamataian. He can speak and write both correctly and efficiently and can write reports, fill forms, issue orders under fire, etc.
• Fighting: Asclepius received intensive infantry training and is highly proficient in the use of the Xiphos Infantry Blades, Phaelaes War Spear, Aspis Infantry Shield, Atromos Particle Beam Rifle, Dresde Under-Slung Grenade Launcher, Sersis Variable Pistol, Sperion Mini-Grenade and Pelphrys Particle Pulse Autocannon. Asclepius has also been trained in Pankration throughout his education and is adept in it. He has also learned dirty boxing in recent years as his newly chosen profession gave rise to violence from unhappy patients or unhappy people that sent patients to him through violence.
• Medical: Asclepius received training for the medical field during his time in the Elysian Celestial Armed Forces and became a full-fledged doctor in his time with the military. He is able to perform most surgeries, first aid, life-saving resuscitation techniques, and is able to administer medicines and diagnose most known illnesses from his training. His time as a back alley doctor has given him the chance to refine his techniques and even learn a few new tricks on how to make do with limited supplies.
• Physical: In an effort to purge his dependency on drugs, Asclepius has taken to exercise. He tends to work out often which has given him considerable strength and is able to perform many physical tasks with little to no issue. He has also taken up meditative Yoga as a way to help him clear his mind when needed.
• Rogue: His time on the streets has given him a certain sense about people and the ways about them. He's learned to read “Poker Faces” from time to time. He also learned to pick locks and pickpocket when he needed some extra cash for medical supplies for his practice.
• Entertainment: Asclepius loves to tell stories. Stories from religious books, stories from old tales, stories that he made up, he has become good enough at it that from time-to-time he has started using it to get himself out of tough situations by using the stories as a distraction in an effort to create an opening for him to escape.
