Noval has been crafting clothing for its employees and bespoke orders since its rebranding as Noval Heavy Industries, but it had never tried to break into the broader market. As Noval's engineering efforts continued to expand and capital poured in, orders for Noval's bespoke clothing continued to increase.

Rather than hire an infinite number of tailors and fashion designers, the company sought out the best-of-the-best and turned them loose on a variety of fashion lines and products. Bespoke would remain a part of the company's portfolio of products for those with wealth or pull, but now anyone would be able to wear a genuine Noval product.

Like Noval, Noval Riche's products combine elegance and function, with an emphasis on understated elegance that becomes more impressive on closer inspection. Careful fabric selection, custom stitching, and more can make even a solid white dress something that you could spend hours appreciating.

Heavily influenced by art deco and the NDC's growing noble class, Noval Riche's fashion is guaranteed to make anyone stand out in a room.

Noval Riche's headquarters are located on Noval's Noval Station.

The majority of Noval Riche's production takes place on Noval Station, other Noval manufacturing centers, or within the stores themselves. Sales are done through a variety of store fronts or direct purchases.

All of Noval Riche's products carry premium price tags, though not so much so that they are unaffordable for those in middle class (or higher) equivalents.

Noval Riche's lingerie store is SHEER. Whether you're looking for something tasteful or playful, sexy or chic, SHEER should be your first and only stop if quality undergarments are what you're after.

Particularly notable for the fact that its stores are full of displays and changing rooms only, SHEER is as much a technical marvel as it is a clothing shop.

Rather than keep an inventory of goods in every store, SHEER manufactures a customer's goods within the premises. After browsing the shelves and selecting products that they are interested in, customers head to the changing rooms for a custom fitting by an AI assistant. After disrobing, the room's mirrors will display the customer wearing the undergarments of their choice, each carefully sized to best match their needs. Customers can provide input into the sizing process, such as requesting additional lift or compression, and then view the changes on the mirrors.

Once satisfied with their selections, the customer can specify what items they would like and how many. Once their purchase is complete, they need only wait a few minutes while their purchase is custom manufactured, just for them, from authentic supplies. The goods then appear in a tasteful, white bag with silver Noval logos repeated in alternating fashion across its faces and twisted gold cords for handles.

For those who can't visit a store in person, SHEER does carry a full line of products in designs and sizes to fit anyone, regardless of their shape, gender, species, or other specific requirements.

Pronounced brew-em

Fine handbags, accessories, coats, and more can be found at Noval Riche's BROUGHAM stores. Designers from across the sector are selected for their bold, yet tasteful, visions for fashion, then asked to make a line of clothing and accessories that best meets that vision. Noval Riche's own designers have minimal involvement, mostly ensuring that the resulting products are durable, meet safety guidelines, and have sufficiently mass appeal to warrant being a product line and not a strictly bespoke product.

Most BROUGHAM goods feature subtle Noval logos in alternating orientations.

The primary store of Noval Riche features carefully tailored clothing and accessories with broader appeal and accessibility than their specialty shops, but without a compromise in the quality that the brand is built upon.

Goods at these stores are not custom-made, like those at SHEER, or quite so fine as BROUGHAM, but are nonetheless exceptionally well made and sure to impress wherever they are worn.
