-After a great time of xenophobia and a destructive civil war, the reigning queen has begun to lean more for a new age for the Constitutional Dominion of Ersetu. By sending out letters of recommendation to the closest clans and houses, Clan Warad and  brought Harlaech's Coffers to bear to fund an expedition under two requests by Vice Admiral of the White Sir Aindrea Dor-Warad. The vessel that was to be built would be named Castle Harlaech, and commanded by the Duke of Harlaech.
-Upon approval by the Admiralty, and Parliament for the expedition, the Harlaech expedition was cleared and the shipwrights went to building. After a considerable amount of time, Her Majesty's Ship Castle Harlaech was launched into the waters of Ersetu Prime and began it's life at sea and through trials of water and space. The HMS Harlaech Castle docked at the Harlaech Docks to pick up the Duke and returned to the capital for final fitting and commission as well as to pick up her crew and her escorts for the expedition.
-HMS Harlaech Castle is currently docked in the Kuramtamatu Shipyards, dry docked for minor repairs and refitting to take on the expedition. Her crew are still being called as well as the sign-ons that are almost constantly pouring in to fill the crews holes and open positions.
-The Duke is said to be temporarily promoted to Commodore again to lead the expeditions few ships, depending if the Admiralty want to risk more than one vessel on this first jaunt in foreign space in centuries.

She is escorted by two Sixth Rate Frigates, HMS Stout and HMS Redoubtable. The Royal Expeditionary Forces of the Army are held on all three vessels in small detachments while the rest of the regiment is left in the HMS Bowhead, a retired naval vessel converted to a troop transport.

-After a successful launch, HMS Harlaech Castle and her escorts moved to rescue the attacked HMS Bowhead close to the Ersetu Border. With quick volleys of fire, the navy destroyed one pirate corvette and took another as a [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prize_(law)|Prize]]. With a small amount of consideration of the ships' sizes in the squadron, Commodore Dor-Warad ordered the vessel commissioned into the squadron as Her Majesty's Corvette Chaser. Following her immediate repair, the squadron set sail to the galactic southwest and left Ersetu sovereign space.
-Several months out on her voyage, the Harlaech Castle and her escort group is attacked by an unknown hostile warship. In the ensuing battle the escort frigate, Stout, is all but destroyed and the Harlaech Castle herself is boarded by hostile invaders.
