Monodonts are a space-native species that superficially resembles a narwhal due to its large, forward-pointing horn. A number of tentacles and long fins trail along and behind it, glowing and pulsating as they move.
When confronted with danger, Monodonts typically flee by way of their alcubierre_organ.
It is believed that the Monodont's shifting colors and aether source for their Alcubierre Organ comes from a large quantity of Aetherphores that seem to cover its entire body.
