300mm Mass Launcher Round

Developed in YE 39 for the Star Army of Yamatai by Kage Yaichiro, the 300mm Mass Launcher Round was made explicitly for the Ke-D7-W3900 Mass Launcher. It can be also be used in the Ke-D7-W3200 Mass Driver Gun as a direct replacement for its armor penetrating round. The round is made of Durandium Alloy with a sharpened tip.

A key difference between this round and its older counterpart is that the 300mm Mass Launcher Round is designed to be easily and quickly made in a Ke-D7-M3900 Chiaki Pylon Module's Fabrication Chamber or a larger ship's dedicated Fabrication Area for replenishment between battles. The round lacks its predecessor's monomolecular Zesuaium tip after feedback indicated that the Zesuaium's impact on the earlier round's penetrative nature was negligible, especially due to the increased speed of t he new round.
