U'Cetrinal

U'Cetrinal's is the fifth rank of officership in the Shukara Volunteer Navy, and is a rank above E'Leuyte but below J'Yura, and the first rank that a soldier can command a starship on their own, they can also serve as XO's to P'Iurebe's and Q'Abrenal's. It is pronounced as You-Cent-tri-nal.

A soldier of this rank requires a great deal of experience both in combat and leadership, and is a rank that is not taken lightly in the Navy.
