Q'Abrenals are is the eigth, and final, officer rank in the Shukara Volunteer Navy and is above that of a P'Iurebe. This rank is responsible for commanding entire fleets of ships, but also, are given command of large starbases and ground bases. This rank is pronounced as Qyee-Abe-ree-nal.
