J'Yura

A J'Yura is the rank above a U'Centrinal and the sixth rank in the Shukara Volunteer Navy, it is a rank above that of a U'Cetrinal but below a P'Iurebe. These officers are mostly put in charge of larger starships or even stations and bases. A J'yura is given full authority to customize their ships however they see fit, due to them being highly trusted.

This rank is pronounced as Jah-You-rah and can be shortened to J'Yu
