The LSDF Shared quarters are designed to house personnel which have a rank of at least Sergeant, crew personnel which work in a pair, or can be assigned to a mated pair of personnel.
These quarters have been designed to conserve space aboard starships, while still offering a degree of privacy to a pair of individuals which the room would be assigned to. Often these quarters are assigned to couples, or personnel which often work paired together.
