Ruoka (House) Leypan (Lěī-p ăn) was formed in the wake of The Year of Bad Blood. After this period, in which House Ruoka Leyto and House Panruo warred bitterly and nearly shattered the Clan, the Leader of House Leyto proposed that young members of their two Houses be brought into a third, new House. This binding of their families into a new House would join them all by blood and kinship. This new house was House Leypan.
