Ikonmoud

Most Azoreans wear this skin-tight jumpsuit as casual clothing. This creates less drag as they swim and windsurf. This jumpsuit is also water-absorbant. Outside of the water, however, it maintains moisture so that they do not wither away to dust… or at least get extremely sick. It filters out toxins in the water while they breathe with their gills. Each suit is hand-made and fits each Azorean snugly. The more they wear it, the more it adheres to that person's figure… kind of like how a shoe morphs to fit the foot in just the right way. A pouch approximately the size of the wearer's waist for storing small essentials is located at the lower back of the suit. The gray color may not be stylish, but it is harder to see afar off. Thus, enemies and potential predators find it harder to acquire sight of its prey. The cloth itself is made from the stalk of the Kerius Kelp. The stalks are stretched out for several hours, four pieces being sewn together with a zipper-like device in front, and stretched out again for a few more hours before being send to local providers.
