Oberbootsmann

The fourth enlisted rank of the Weltraumflotte, this is the first rank where individuals are classified as Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs). On a vessel, an Oberbootsmann is normally placed in charge of a specific shift in their department. In the Marine Corp, an Oberbootsmann commands a Squad of Marines.
