A common component of Occhestan Armors, the Tungsten-Sulfide Weave, is an extremely tight multi-layered weave designed primarily to seal armor. The complex, branching threads of the weave are strongly interconnected. It is chemically inert, electrically non-conductive, and possessing effectively zero dipole moment. This combination makes the weave an extremely effective defense against nanomechanical (and smaller) attacks and renders the armor effectively immune to chemical and biological attacks.
