Valcense Gravity Bike

The Valcense is a gravity bike created in ER 670(Before YE), it’s a high-speed bike that is used to get around cities and out in open terrain. The bike was made available in ER 675.

About the Valcense

The Valcense Gravity Bike is a civilian bike made available to civilians as another mode of transportation over that of regular anti-gravity cars and trucks or even from shuttles. It's dual designed for both Shukaren and My'leke, with the My'leke version being slightly longer in length than the norm.

It’s got the ability to fly up to five thousand meters off the ground and can go over water, but can also transport items in its compartments.

Key Features

The vehicle has the following features:

History

The Valcense was created in ER 670 by an aspiring young mechanic, before bikes were wheel based but took a chassis from one such bike and modified it with an anti-gravity generator before reinforcing the bikes framework. This lead to the creation of the Valcense, though it took five more years before a fully unique Valcense was created.

Appearance

The Valcense looks like a sliced off pencil with the forward end housing the vehicles life support and communications systems and the rear housing the power generator and engine. Two gravity pods can be seen in the rear, while the third is located embedded in the forward 'cone'

The sides of the bike have feet holders, so that the rider can rest their feet without them dangling down the sides.

Interior

Being a bike, there’s not much in terms of actual interiors.

The bike has two compartments, located on the side and right of the seat, which can be used small to medium sized items. The seat itself can be lifted upward for another spot to place only small items.

The gravity engine is located beneath the bike on the front and back, with a small generator located rear.

Onboard Systems Descriptions

Body

Made out of a composite alluminum material that gives it it's lightweight feeling.

Power

The Valcense uses a modified medium Luna Power Generator located in the rear, has heatsinks that help filter heta out the rear of the bike. It can operate for up to eight hours at eighty degrees and almost fourteen at thirty degrees.

Engine

Uses three anti-gravity pods, two located in the rear and one located in the front.

Control Systems

Use's handle bars for controlling the vehicles left and right motion and also speed, during airflight the bars also help control the handle of ascent and descent by pitching the bike up to only thirty degreees up or down.

Dashboard

The bike's dashboard is a volumetric system that displays the bikes speed, heading, GPS location, along with generator temperature and anti-gravity pod status.

Communications

Uses satellite radio for communications and music.

Life Support Systems

Because of the flight capability of the bike, it has two oxygen tanks built into the framework that can be connected to a bicycle helmet, ABS, or an oxygen mask.

B.C.P

The Biological Connection Port is the device that the My'leke need in order to interact with the bike, without it they can't drive or fly it. There are two ports, one is located toward the front where the dashboard is just below, while the second is located on the rear. Although Shukaren have no need for the B.C.P. It is considered standard due to the existance of My'leke Mechanics who can use the system to help diagnosis problems with the bike.

Cargo Capacity

Can carry a small amount of cargo.

Standard Equipment

The bike comes standard with a small Fire Extinguisher 🧯 in the seats cargo compartment, and one repair kit that comes when the bike is bought.

Customizations

The bike can be equiped with the following customizations:

Item Price
Upgraded Engine 4,500 Rh
Upgraded Anti-Grav Pods 3,000 Rh
Racing Strips 100 Rh
Extended Body Free

Upgraded Engine

The Valcense can be upgraded with a more powerful engine that allows the bike to achieve a higher speed, this engine also consumes more power from the bikes reactor.

Speeds Improvements

Ground speed: 230 Kph Air speed: 290 Kph

Range: 125 Kph

Upgraded Anti-Grav Pods

An upgraded anti-grav pod are pods that give the bike a higher degree of flight alttitude that it can operate at. This comes at the cost of additioanl power consumed.

The UAGP allows to achieve an alttitude of only seven thousand meters.

Racing Strips

A series of strips that can very in color depending on the customer, the strips are painted on the sides of the vehicle.

Extended Body

The extended body is a free upgrade to the bike, it extends the length of the body so that My'leke can utilize the bike. The extended body also includs seat belts that are designed to wrap around the My'leke body to keep the citizen comfortably secured to the bike. The footpads are also replaced with a long bar that the My'leke's paws can rest on.

Another change in the bike is that the handle bars are removed, as a My'leke has no need for handle bars (though they can be added as a request).

Although this body is intended for use by My'leke, Shukaren can request it as well, which in turn allows the bike to farry three additional people, however - this upgrade was NOT INTENDED FOR THAT PURPOSE AND IS ONLY INTENDED FOR MY'LEKE TO USE!
