I'Neubreca

I'Neubreca is a starting rank in the Shukara Volunteer Navy that all soldiers are automatically given when they start basic training or when they are part of some form of a soldiers training program in a school or academy. It is pronounced as Eye-New-Bra-kaa

The shortened version of the rank is I'Neu.
