A cornerstone of entertainment for many cultures, commerce & market facilities have been designed to provide personnel on large ships and stations with the opportunity to conduct trade and exchange goods with civilian vendors and to purchase goods manufactured aboard the ship on behalf of third parties. Commerce facilities range in size, yet are usually designed to be separated into vendor stalls which are located around a central passage or walkway which can also include vendors. These facilities often have eateries and other entertainment venues built adjacent to them, or incorporated into them.
