The current Poku Saeruo Degonjo standing chair or stool came into use on their Tini ships in 740 CY (YE 21).
The standing chair is a common item, found in homes and on ships. It consists of a broad base, with a round padded seat at the top. The pad is filled with seeds which allows it to mold to the person. There two bands on the sides, either made of wood or metal. They are used by the person sitting to hold onto the chair. The top can rotate, there is a release lever in each of the bands, either one can be used to unlock the chair. The top is a fabric covered pad
Ones installed on ships, normally have a magnetic unit that secures it to the deck of the ship. The magnet is powered by induction. A switch on the left side of the chair disables it allowing the chair to be relocated.
