Abwehran molecular circuitry is only a relatively new aspect to Abwehran computing technology, having only been introduced within the last seventy years or so. Designed upon certain aspects of quantum phsycics that only became clear with the advent on newer, more efficient processors, the Abwehran molecular circuitry is, effectively, one gigantic molecule; which allows for near-instantaneous data transfer speeds.
As the molecular circuitry is comprised of only a single molecule, how it connects to other machinery should be mentioned. How it connects is very simple: It basically forms a covalent bond with a small square-shaped port, allowing virtually anything to be hooked into the system with a minimum of fuss.
The molecular circuitry is incredibly difficult to repair once broken, so all current circuit runs are replicated in triplicate, minimum, and are also run in parallel, for maximum redundancy in case of catastrophic failures. If a fault occurs then the only way to fix it is to replace the entire circuit that failed, a task usually handled in factories or in dry-dock.
