Hard Bubble Shield

An improved version upon the Hazard Shield, the Hard Bubble Shield pretty much forms a bubble of energy to resist, absorb, and deflect relatively low-powered starship weaponry and the proximity explosions of missiles. Though not as powerful as modern energy shields, the Hard Bubble Shield is perfect for small starships and strike craft.

Effective Damage Rating:

• Light Strike Craft: 0.6 * 20 ASP = 12 Armor Shield Points
• Heavy Strike Craft: 0.6 * 25 ASP = 15 Armor Shield Points
• Frigates: 0.6 * 10 SSP = 6 Ship Shield Points
• Destroyers: 0.6 * 20 SSP = 12 Ship Shield Points
