Current-model Abwehran processors are multi-cored, using anywhere from 2 to 9 sub cores that operate under the direction of a master core. This enables faster partitioning and loading of files, as well as increased efficiency in running multiple programs at the same times. Many of the Abwehran military computers use the nine-cored models, while the vast majority of the civilian world uses three to four cored processors.
Most Abwehran processors run around the 7-9 GHz range, with newer models being both faster and cooler then older models.
