Dietrich Starkwerk Contract

The following is a trade document between Dietrich Starkwerk and the Abwehran Star Empire written initially in AF 260. For the purposes of this document, Dietrich Starkwerk will hereafter be referred to as ’the Starkwerk’, while the ASE will be written as ‘the Empire’.

Articles verifying the Rights Starkwerk has to its assets and property.

• The Empire guarantees Starkwerk's Intellectual Property is protected under Imperial Law.
• The Empire guarantees Starkwerk's access to shared Intellectual Property found in the archives of Kaiserlich F&E so long as sufficient credit is given in design specifications.
• The Empire requires Starkwerk Intellectual Property to become shared Intellectual Property in Kaiserlich F&E’s archives after a period of 6 Abwehran Years (24 Standard Years) of being protected Intellectual Property. The only exception to this are restricted technology found in foreign companies.

• The Empire guarantees Starkwerk's real estate is protected under Imperial Law.
• The Empire guarantees Starkwerk's privacy in their real estate under Imperial Law, unless a legal warrant is provided.

• The Empire guarantees that Starkwerk's assets are protected under Imperial Law.
• The Starkwerk guarantees that its production assets meet Imperial Safety Standards.
• The Starkwerk guarantees that its research assets meet Imperial Safety Standards.

Articles verifying banking and financing privileges in the Empire.

• The Empire guarantees that there will be no government involvement in Starkwerk's banking as long as the methods are legal under Imperial Law.
• The Empire guarantees that no investigation into Starkwerk's banking will occur unless a legal warrant is presented.
• The Starkwerk guarantees that its accounting and banking practices are legal under Imperial Law.

• The Empire guarantees that there will be no government involvement in Starkwerk's finance policy as long as the methods are legal under Imperial Law.
• The Empire guarantees that no investigation into Starkwerk's finance policies will occur unless a legal warrant is presented.
• The Starkwerk guarantees that its finance policies and practices are legal under Imperial Law.

  • LANCE Munitions
• Sturm Electronic Countermeasure
• Vorrecht Main Battle Tank
