Tsuya is the highest ranking Ketsurui Samurai (equivalent of a Star Army Taisa).
She is short, at just five feet tall. She has black hair, kept in a simple ponytail off to the back-left of her head, and red, narrow eyes. Her ears are furless.
The Tsuya Nebula is named after her.
