Application to a starship is done through attaching the aggressive armor unit to the hull of a ship. The unit itself is a hemispherical bulge that contains a power generator and electrical control system. The unit also comes packaged with control software designed to allow a ship’s computer to wirelessly interface with the system and control the shape of the plasma cloud as well as a considerable amount of liquid metal. In ‘off’ mode the liquid metal naturally flows toward the main unit, forming a thick shell around it. In on mode the generator activates, generating massive amounts of heat that convert the liquid metal into plasma. The electrical control system then charges the hull of the ship so that the plasma ‘sticks’ and forms a cloud around the ship. | Application to a starship is done through attaching the aggressive armor unit to the hull of a ship.
