+The Division of Education is a department within the Kingdom's government that is responsible for overseeing the Educational needs of the citizens. It is overseen by eight private citizens and a lord, that lord is currently J'vaste Ne'ushae and the division headquarters is found in [[location:neushae]].
+The division is separate from the rest of the government to ensure that proper education is pursued by citizens and that there are little to no restrictions in what a citizen can learn, this was done so that in the event of a tyrannical monarchy, that monarchy can't easily 'stop' a citizen from being educated.
+While all schools are public, they are all privately funded.
+===== History =====
+Unlike other divisions, the Division of Education actually has a history starting from back during the days of the Federation. Back then, the Depart of Education - as it was known - was fully under the control of the Federation and its government, this caused a number of issues to arrise both before and during the Great War; these issue included the restriction of educational material that the department deemed troublesome or dangerous for students to learn, while at the same time propagating propaganda material to keep citizens loyal while also hiding the Federations own problems, at the same time the department would also rewrite historical events to cast either themselves in a better light or to cast their enemies in a worse light.
+This was a point of contention for many students and their families, and is a reason why the Department of Education fell out of favour as the Great War progressed onward and was eventually abolished a short while before the Great Exodus, in doing so Federation citizens were able to learn just how ruthless their enemy was and just how much their own government was trying to hide from them.
+It was for this reason, amongst others, why when the Kingdom of Neshaten was established; the first ever monarchy choose to make the Division of Education a separate entity, whose people reported only to the citizens and not to the monarchy. The Division was originally in the Capital city, but after the establishment of Ne'ushae City it was moved there and later on the city created a new kind of curriculum that was tested in the city and later adopted by the Kingdom.

+The She'sha Curriculum is a set of goals and guidelines that schools and teachers are taught and advised to follow, they were tested and found to be effective.
+   * Teaching about the differences between Shukaren and My'leke, prepares students for co-ed classes after preparatory school (Pre-school) and continues onward even into elementary school.
+   * Reading and Writing, ensures that students know how to properly read and write at their grade level.
+   * Arithmetic, ensures that students know their mathematics for their assigned grade level.
+   * Military and safety drills, students are taught how to protect themselves in the event of an invasion of their world or an attack on their city, or even just how to protect themselves if they are attacked while walking home.

+This type of Curriculum is slightly different and designed to help students with educational problems, such as slow learning or mental or emotional issues that make learning at their grade level more difficult than a student who doesn't have these problems. These students are not segregated and are not placed in seperate classes, instead teachers encourage a problem students classmates to assist, while providing that student with additional help both before and after school.

+A special elective found in most schools, this particular elective takes military training and safety to an entirely new level by allowing students access to actual military equipment and teaching those students how to properly use that equipment. Students can also get involved in flag exercises run by the Navy, whether they be ground, air, or even space based. This elective is commonly attended by students in the Youth Corps.
+This type of elective also pits school against one another in a tournament style like game((Think Girls Und Panzer)), which helps to teach the students more about how to properly handle their equipment while also teaching them valuable teamwork and leadership skills.
