 +Reever is the military capital of the URR. Located in the northern peninsula, 5 miles from the coast. It is where they train their soldiers and where their largest military academy is, The  Williams National Officers Academy. Though the population is small, only hovering just above 3 million. It's one of the most well defended. Holding their best weaponry and over 50 thousand soldiers.
