 Funnily enough the slower, subsonic variant's [[materials:skusten]] outer shell makes it work exceptionally well with electromagnetic acceleration technologies, the frangible-nosed variant will travel just as far and be just as accurate though will suffer more shallow penetrative qualities than its more traditional counterpart.
