Nishizaki Hikari is a bouncy peach-skinned NH-29 starship operator with gorgeous aquamarine eyes and hime-cut brown hair. After being rescued from Sbuhfaba by the YSS Eucharis in YE 32, she joined the crew at the request of Taisa Hanako.

In YE 43 she was promoted to Shoi through the Accelerated Officer Program.

In YE 44.1 she was promoted to Chui.

In YE 45.3 she was promoted to Taii.
